How does your 30-day free trial work?
Every paid account gets the first 30 days free. If you cancel your account before the 30-day trial period ends, then you will not be charged. If you cancel your account after the 30-day trial period ends, then you will not be charged again. If you upgrade your account either before or after the 30-day trial is over, you do not get an additional 30-day trial.
What is your refund policy?
You are billed each month for the prior month of service. If you cancel your account, you will not be billed again, but you are responsible for any charges that you have incurred on your account prior to cancellation. Since each billing covers payment for the prior month of service, we do not issue refunds after you have been billed for a period of service. Your 30-day trial will constitute your first full month of service and you will be billed the day after your trial has ended. If you cancel your account before your 30-day trial is over, you will not be charged.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. The change will be reflected in your next billing cycle.
